    • Laurie will do the initial purchases, Kelly will purchase throughout the school year. Unanimous consent

    • We will do the prep work for insurance, Julie will contact a healthcare provider. Unanimous consent
  • Make library usage decision
    • We will not use Lundy’s library. Unanimous consent
  • Decide if we want to provide lunch for our students
    • We will allow Lundy to provide lunch for us. Unanimous consent
  • Update on wall removal
  • Update on curriculum purchase
  • Sign up for tasks
  • Discuss a plan for increasing enrollment
  • Update on progress of Lundy building
  • Music teacher option (I found one that used to work forHomesource & has charter school cert)
    • Teachers will align the music curriculum and we will not pursue a designated music teacher. Unanimous consent
  • Homeschool connection
    • We will not pursue adding a home school program at this time. Unanimous consent

Action Items

  • Julie/Laurie: Print 2,138 copies and drop them off at the post office
  • Laurie: coordinate with Jessica on the charter brochure.
  • Jake: Get Laurie mtviewacademy.org email address.
  • Jake: Setup the mailer online for Dexter and Pleasant Hill
  • Jake: Send Laurie the flier with the valid images
  • Jake: Update the web site, so it is marketing/parent focused.
  • Jake: send Julie the health insurance contact information
  • Jake: let Lowell know we want them to provide lunch for our students
  • Jake: let Lowell know that we don’t want to utilize their library
